Actually the reality is changing and the international market is everyday more interested in what is happening in Nicaragua: political stability, economic growth, high competitiveness of the prices together with amazing locations still to discover are atracting more and more far-seeing investors.
This fact helped us to develop new kinds of projects, to confront ourselves with new competitors and to become a dynamic real estate development company.
We delivered more than 1,200 houses from 1991, 466 last year only, and the growing trend is witnessed by the amount of projects that we are managing at the present.
